As an SAP Functional Consultant, the successful candidate will fulfill a functional role on our Operate Team who is currently supporting a large, long term PSCD implementation. This consultant will participate in the continual support of the SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) module and be responsible for solution design, construction and implementation and problem resolution using the tool.

Responsibilities Include:

? Support, design, develop and implement client functional requirements within PSCD as required
? Provide insight into functional implications of specific client enhancement requirements
? Problem resolution
? Produce support deliverables using a standardized methodology with high quality and on-time
? Work closely with other operate/project team members to facilitate project progress and ensure stability of the integrated system
? Serve as a key member of operate team through all phases of the ASAP implementation lifecycle
? Write Business Process Procedures, Configuration Process Procedures, Functional Specifications, and Test Protocols. Support the development of Technical Specifications as required
? Undertake workflow, data analysis and data modeling as necessary for the implementation of the desired solution.
? Participate in testing of system functions, enhancements and integration as necessary
? Consistently meet client expectations
? Deliver services on time and at a profit to the firm
? Reviews task and deliverable progress with team leadership
? Consistently deliver against assigned tasks and associated deliverables with a high-level of quality.

? 5+ years of systems implementation/consulting experience required

? Proven understanding of SAP Contract Management using any of the following: PSCD OR FSCD OR IS-U (FI-CA)

? 2-3+ years using any of the following SAP Products – PSCD, FSCD or IS-U (FI-CA)

? Demonstrated ability to write Business Process Procedures, Configuration Process Procedures, Functional Specifications, and Test Protocols.

? Experience with SAP 4.7 ERP

? Experience with or exposure to FI, CO, CRM on prior implementations

? Tax, revenue collection or utilities experience is desired

? Broad cross-functional knowledge of SAP

? Public sector experience desired

? Strong oral and written communication skills, with English as a primary language.

? Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university

? Canadian citizen preferred
