POSITION SUMMARY: The BI Business Solution Lead(s) is responsible for BI business solution decisions in business solution design, identifying best BI practices, recommending optimal technology platform for business capability deployments to their respective business area, and gatekeeping for solution deployment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The BI Solutions Lead is responsible that the BI solutions that meet the global, corporate, regional, and affiliate business requirements.
Manage a team of people that will take a portfolio of BI work and engage with our business partners to initiate the work and understand the detailed business requirements.
Manage the team responsible for working with our business partners to deliver business intelligence applications for the CLIENT appropriate DP/P2P/B2R/D2B business area.
Collaborate with business process owners, leads, and partners at both the global and regional level as well as the GIS-BRM Business Connectivity Team to map out a strategic BI roadmap that leverages SAP Business Intelligence and Netezza functionality for business solutions that enhance CLIENT ‘s decision making process.
Responsible for building the BI applications that utilize the data warehouse in collaboration with our business partners.
Responsible for delivering all work for their respective business process area within scope, schedule and cost which includes resolving issues and managing risk. She/he will be doing this work as part of a multi-year BI rollout in support of increasing CLIENT ‘s competitive advantage through the use of business information to make key decisions.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
8 to 10 years of experience with BI solutions delivery (data and presentation)
5 years experience managing projects (scope, schedule & cost)
3 years experience managing people including performance review, coaching & mentoring, and career development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science (or equivalent with focus on databases and data modeling) or a related field.
Understanding of relevant Business Intelligence business, process and technical knowledge
Completed at least four full lifecycle SAP BI implementations
SAP ERP configuration experience
Understanding of the latest SAP Business Intelligence technological advancements for Supply Chain and/or Consumer data
In-depth understanding of SAP Business Intelligence centric solution architectures, tools, and trends
Skill in developing detailed technical documentation, studies and specifications
