This Configuror will be responsible for the configuration and upkeep of the SAP IS-Retail System. This position will analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions in the SAP Retail system to support the world-wide retail businesses.
Additional responsibilities will include:
· Configuration, testing of the SAP IS-Retail system and integration touch points between other SAP and non-SAP systems and SAP Retail.
· Analyze system requirements and maintain configuration and perform testing as part of the SAP Retail implementation (Including documentation)
· Communicate with business regarding configuration and SAP processes
· Provide input and architecture for future work regarding the capabilities of SAP
· Learn integration touch points with other SAP systems (Apparel/Footwear Solution)
· Mentor other team members
Required Experience
· BS or BA degree
· Systems used: SAP, Track-It, Excel, Outlook
· 4 years work experience
· 3 years + SAP experience
· 1 year + SAP IS Retail
· 1 year + Other SAP modules
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
· Ability to travel 20%
· Candidates should have Full life-cycle SAP Retail implementation experience including design/blueprint experience of SAP Retail merchandising and supply chain functionality, integration with POS systems and space/range planning tools. This experience should include design of interfaces into/from this SAP functionality and relevant data migration.
· Experience of planning for cut-over to live operations. Experience could be gained through implementation, project experience with a tier 1 consulting firm or tier 1 Implementation Services Vendor experience with multi-channel global retailers and franchise, wholesale dealer operations.
· Must have 3 year merchandising business process and SAP experience in at least one of the following processes: Master data maintenance, Purchasing, Pricing and Promotion, Allocation & Replenishment, Inventory Management, POS Data Management (POS DM).
Experience integrating SAP Retail with another SAP system would be a big plus.
