FI CO Change Management

Position Summary:
Leads overall Finance application of the business readiness methodology within the assigned E2E process team. In addition, he or she ensures that human and organizational benefits are maximized to achieve the greatest return on the investment made for their assigned deployment project(s).
The Change Management Finance position serves as a point of contact for all organizational change management activities. He or she sees to it that organizational change activities are conducted, that dependencies with other implementation activities are identified, and that synchronization takes place across the Finance team and business.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in or equivalent work experience is required.
· Must have 5+ years of Change Management experience in a large corporation or a consulting environment focusing on SAP Finance (FI/CO).
· At least 5+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness or development.
· Experience in leading and/or working as part of a team and understands team dynamics.
· Experience in formal or informal change management with a focus on people impact issues is required.
· Possession of excellent analytical, communication, presentation and conceptual skills.
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience in strategic planning; strategy facilitation and performance management
Experience with ERP and business process re-engineering initiatives is highly desirable.
· Experience with business unit or corporate strategy, project management, cost reduction and business process re-engineering, organizational restructuring and transformation experience is highly desirable.
· Experience in change management with a focus on integrated change management for large-scale business initiatives and events at a tactical level.
· Knowledge of theoretical concepts and practical application of underlying organizational change, including systems theory, group dynamics, models of personality, and organizational dynamics.
· Track record of success in helping to Lead large scale organizational design initiatives.
· Possession of excellent analytical, communication, and conceptual skills.
Successful candidate will have outstanding team skills, ability to multi-task, commitment to get the job done, and the overall belief that people are the single most competitive advantage to the organization.
· Advanced degree in HR-related field preferred (e.g., Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related discipline).
· Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office products and SAP experience desired.)
