SAP Xmii Practice Leader
at Rahul in Anywhere
Objective of the position (a summary of the function in no more of 4 rows) Development of long-term business relationships compliance with income, profit and client satisfaction goals in his/her account portfolio, making endeavors for establishing professional relationships with the C’Level. Simultaneously, may support practices including staff management and offering and solution development.
Main Activities: • Coordinate offering and solution design.
• Propose sales process strategy / verify proposal in terms of quality and risk management.
• Detect business needs or significant influential factors in clients, transforming them into account plans.
• Create and review professional fees calculations, as well as cost of proposals and discounts (according to the prevailing policy)
• Negotiate changes in the project’s scope, guarantees and non-billable work (UFAS)
• Coordinate progress meeting with the Management Committee and propose preventive actions to eliminate possible deviations and guarantee client satisfaction and account profitability.
• Manage partnerships with suppliers, strategic partners, and outsourced staff.
