MSS stands for Manager Self Service
Managers will be able to submit a number of HR service requests online. Once submitted, online forms will be forwarded through email for approval or review by a higher manager or HR. Approved requests will be processed in SAP without the need to retype. Simple forms will be processed automatically without human intervention, while complex forms will be reviewed by HR Records department before processing. SAP Personnel Change Request (PCR) workset will serve as a basis for this functionality.
